Job Requirements:
• Preferably Master degree from Economics / Finance;
• 10+ years working experiences and preferably who already have a minimum of 5 years experience in Investment Banking sphere such as M&A Advisory, Investment, Corporate Financing, etc;
• Have Positive, Optimistic, Analytical, Easy-going, diligent, honest attitude;
• Have Wide Network;
• Have Capital Market Certificates i.e. WPPE and WPEE or Financial Certificates i.e. CPA / CFA / FRM / etc;
• Fluent English Skill and Native Indonesian.
Job Descriptions:
• Advisory on M&A, Corporate Financing, Arrangement of the investments, Structured Financing;
• Sourcing and Investing Company's capital into Pre-IPO company, REPO, etc;
• Development and management of the relationship with the listed/ unlisted companies;
• IB deal sourcing.
