Customers can change/reset their password & pin by accessing the HOTS application and following the steps below :


If customers use HOTS application on [PC/Laptop]


  • Please login using your user id and password
  • Select Menu
  • Click Account
  • Select change password & pin [screen 0000]
  • Click update  

If customers use Neo HOTS application on [Mobile]

  • Please login using your user id and password
  • Select setting
  • Click account setting
  • Select change password & pin [screen 0000]
  • Click update




Password Requirements :


  • The password must consist of 8 ~ 12 characters. 
  • The password must use a combination of Numbers, Uppercase, and Lowercase (example: AlphanuM1234). 




PIN Requirements :


  • The PIN must consist of a 6-digit number. 
  • It is not recommended to use a PIN with a simple number pattern, such as a combination of birth date numbers (example: 130991, 910913) or sequence of numbers (example: 111111, 123456, and so on)
