Password Reset 

If you forget your password, you can do a Password Reset by clicking LOGIN menu on the HOTS application [PC / Laptop] or website http://bit.ly/3ogtUQl and following the steps below :

• Click LOG IN menu   
• Click FORGOT PASSWORD option under it   
• Fill out the verification page   
• Click OK   
• The password will be sent to the customer's email registered with the HOTS system   
• Customers can change the password within 5 calendar days   

If the above steps are not successful, customers need to fill out the Amendment Form, the complete form can be downloaded here. (sample)

Send the form through the customer's email address registered at PT Mirae Asset Sekuritas Indonesia with your copy of ID Card / Passport to email address : formulir@miraeasset.co.id.

PIN Reset
