If customers intend to transfer any amount of funds, please make interaccount/ interbank transfer through the Investor Fund Account (RDI).
Customers can check their RDI number by accessing the HOTS application and following the steps below:
If customers use HOTS application on [PC/Laptop]
- Please login using your user id and password
- Select menu
- Click account
- Select Inquiry of A/C info [screen 0814]
If customers use Neo HOTS application on [Mobile]
- Please login using your user id and password
- Select Portfolio
- Click My Portfolio
