Currently, fund updates on the HOTS system is not real time. We will inform you about the schedule for updating funds as follows.

The schedule for fund update on HOTS is every hour [according to the Balance and Mutation data file received from each RDI Bank].


  • The first update is at 08.35 WIB for funds received effectively in RDI after 15.00 WIB the previous day.
  • The next update is carried out every 35th minute until the last update at 14.35 WIB for funds received effectively by RDI at 13.30 WIB.
  • If the deposit has not been updated according to the provisions above, please send proof of deposit via email to us at customerservice@miraeasset.co.id
