Key Responsibilities:

Managing Korean (foreign) Customer Services (Opening Account Process and other instructions provided by Management);

Managing Korean (foreign) Customer Marketing Content (News, Digital Contents, etc.);

Support Korean (foreign) Customer-related Events;

Other Korean (foreign) Customer-related Business Support.


Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 Years Relevant Experiences;

WNI (preferred women) aged 25-40 years old;

Mandatory : Korean Speaking (Advanced) and English Speaking (Good) as Proven by Certifications issued by Licensed Language Institutions;

• Having Knowledge of Financial Services Preferred;
Attention to detail, Critical Thinking and Communications Skills;

• Astute in Operationalize MS Office Applications.
